From one side the villa you can admire the Valdichiana Valley: the villages of Lucignano, Foiano della Chiana and on clear days even Cortona and Lake Trasimeno. From the front of the villa there is a very pleasant view of the Castle below stretching across the valley encompassing both the Mount Cetona and Mount Amiata.

Villa Boscarello was totally restored in 2000. Furnished in rustic antiques, the warm atmosphere gives the villa authenticity and Old Tuscan charm .
The villa has 7 double/twin bedrooms and a suite, each with telephone, minibar and en suite bathrooms, with either showers or tubs.
GROUND FLOOR: Studio, large living room, dining room, 1 shower room, 1 half bath. Kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, washing machine and old bread oven. Two double bedrooms (on request twin bedrooms), one with a door to the garden, and en suite bathroom with shower.
FIRST FLOOR: Six double bedrooms, one with en suite bathroom with Jacuzzi and shower , 4 with en suite bathrooms with showers, one with bathroom with Jacuzzi next to the bedroom.
