Most of Mondanella Castles farmhouses have been restored and converted into rental apartments. The castle and its farmhouses together can sleep up to 200 people spread over 645 hectares , which makes this estate ideal for weddings and family reunions.

The facades of the houses have been restored to look exactly the same way they did 500 years ago. However internally they have been transformed into deluxe Tuscan villas. On the estate there are also 4 swimming pools, 2 fishing lakes, and a tennis court - all perfect places to enjoy the solitude and beauty of the Tuscan countryside. Modanella is an ideal location to forget about worries and cares of daily life!
