The villa’s convenient location - only six kilometers from the historic city center – offers easy access to the pleasures of Florence while providing the quiet privacy and convenience of an established residential neighborhood.
Villa Acacia offers a splendid opportunity to enjoy all the magnificent culture of Florence without having to stay in an overpriced hotel room! Local shopping and several excellent trattorie and restaurants are within walking distance while a bus going to the city center stops only 100 meters away.
Villa Acacia accommodates 10 people with additional space for 2 more at a small extra charge. Its formal gardens provide the perfect soothing setting for relaxation. Acacia’s tastefully renovated interior retains the original architectural features while providing all of the modern conveniences.

VILLA : 5 double bedrooms - 4 bathrooms
La Loggetta is 240 square meters and is divided into three levels:
GROUND FLOOR : Guests enter the villa through a gracious courtyard and entrance foyer: large living room with fireplace, a spacious sitting room and formal dining room. A lovely sunroom with French doors opens out to the formal gardens and terraces. Furnishings include family antiques and comfortable overstuffed sofas and chairs. The kitchen is completely equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, microwave and gas stove. There is a bathroom with a laundry and a utility room.
FIRST FLOOR : Four bedrooms. The spacious master bedroom has a double bed (it is possible to convert into two single beds) and a magnificent private balcony with splendid views of the city. There are three twin bedrooms, two with access to a small balcony, tiled bathroom with tub and shower and one tiled bath with tub.
SECOND FLOOR: Twin bedroom and tiled bath with tub. Furnishings include family antiques and good reproductions. From the third floor one can access a small roof terrace with wonderful views of Florence.
POOL : In the garden beside the villa there is a pool of approximately 8 x 4 meters with a wide space for sun bathing.
