Il Mulino di Boccarina is a luxury air conditioned four bedroom villa located twenty minutes
west of Siena near the castle town of Montebenichi. Surrounded by olive groves and vineyards this
recently renovated villa lies on an estate of seventeen hectares. The furnishings are lovely - and as an
added treat, Mulino's owner, a renown nightclub singer and pianist provides guests a complimentary dinner
along with an evening of musical entertainment

VILLA: 4 double bedrooms / 4 bathrooms
On the ground floor there is a small kitchen and dining room, a living room with
comfortable furniture, big screen satellite television and an electric piano.
On the first floor are three bedrooms with queen beds and en suite bathrooms.
The master bedroom features a pretty canopied bed against a stone wall with
vaulted ceilings. On the second floor is a large, but unofficial, bedroom with twin
beds and its own en suite bathroom.
Fifteen meters from the villa is an external building with a large secondary kitchen and
laundry facilities.
Il Mulino di Boccarina is on seventeen hectares of olive groves, vineyards and forests alongside a stream.
A few steps away from the villa is a full size private swimming pool.
