Down the internal staircase from the first floor there is a television lounge and plans are to add a billiard table. From the lounge is a hallway leading to three additional bedrooms, one with a matrimonial bed , and the other two equipped with twin beds.

Accessible from the outside of the villa is a bedroom with a matrimonial bed which offers privacy for a couple who wants a little separation from the rest of the group.

Outside a swimming pool looks out over miles of vineyards and olive groves to Siena in the distance. There is a marvelous outer building featuring a huge spa tub which will easily hold eight people, a gym with an exercise bike and a trotter, and a shower/bathroom. There is a mandatory cleaning service five days per week costing 260 Euros, which is not included in the rental price. This charge is billed to guests at the end of their stay. Upon arrangement the villa will provide a free grocery shopping service so that guests will have a stocked kitchen upon arrival. Guests are welcome to use the villa’s excellent wine cellars for tastings and rent Jeeps to tour the beautiful countryside around this pretty villa!
