With its four meter tall ceilings, expansive grounds and views as far as Cortona and Montepucliano this well furnished villa is perfect for family reunions and weddings.

Ground Floor Large kitchen with dining facilities, and all the modern conveniences including a fireplace for indoor barbeques. Laundry room. Spacious dining room furnished with antiques opening out onto the garden. One bedroom with twin beds and an en suite bathroom. One bedroom with a queen sized bed. Two bathrooms with showers.
